Proof of concept in animal models of neurodegeneration

• Contract research services with several different transgenic mouse models overexpressing APP, Tau, p75NTR, Synuclein and AD11 mice as well as GDNF knock outs and all possible crossbreads.
• In vivo services with induced disease models: Scopolamine, 6-OHDA, AF64A and MPTP
• Behavioural, histological and biochemical evaluations in all models

Neurodegeneration related in vitro models:

• In vitro services covering targets regarding all neurodegenerative diseases
• In vitro models: Various transgenic and non-transgenic cell lines as well as primary cultured neurons including models to study retrograde degeneration

Clinical Services:
